  • A €1.50/person/night Government Room Tax is not included and will be added to your final hotel bill.
  • Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of €500 deposit.
  • Specific rooms cannot be guaranteed.
  • Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date will be penalized in the amount of €200, less than 7 days prior to the arrival: 100% of the deposit will be kept.
  • All rates and conditions are subject to change

 

     Please Note:

  • There is a €25 Euro surcharge / discount per person other than double occupancy.
  • Children under 12, accompanied by adult family, stay for free.
  • All pricing is officially quoted, guaranteed and confirmed in Euros.
  • Due to exchange rate fluctuations US $ rates are subject to change.
  • A monthly exchange rate is provided for payments in US $.
  • Due to the significant price drop in oil, Club Orient will not impose a fuel surcharge that was scheduled to begin October 1st.
  • Valid as of 5 October, 2008: ( €1.00 Euro = US $1.40)
 

 

  • Rates are per night, per couple, and are plus a $2.10 per person (1.50 EURO), per night government room tax.
  • Reservations are guaranteed upon a recipt of $700.00 deposit. (500.00 EURO)
  • Cancellations received 30 or more days prior to arrival date will get thier deposit refunded.
  • Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date will be penalized in the amount of $280.00. (200.00 EURO)
  • All retes and conditions are subject to change. Above USD estimates are based upon the current exchange rate of 1 EURO = $1.40 USD and actual rates could fluctuate.
