Proper Documentation:
Citizens of the United States must have in their possession a passport, which is valid for 6
months after arrival date. Citizens of all other countries should have their passport and
must contact the nearest consulate prior to departure for information on the necessary
entry visas. It is the individual responsibility of all guests to fulfill their passport
requirements. Star Clippers will be unable to grant a refund to any guest denied boarding
or entry into any country by customs or immigration officials due to lack of proper
documentation.
Airfare:
When reserving your flight, please keep in mind the time difference when traveling
overseas. Bare Necessities always suggests arriving a day early so you are well rested
and free of any travel delays.
If you have not already made your flight reservations, you may contact Global Marine
Travel at 954-446-2368 and ask for Vince Risola. You may also contact Vince online at
vince@flygmt.com
Travel Documents:
You will receive your travel documents approximately one month prior to sailing. Please
make certain we have your legal first and last name, your arrival and departure flight
times and your accommodations, should you choose to stay the night before the cruise.
What’s the time difference?
Egypt is 10 hours ahead of Pacific Standard Time, 8 hours ahead of Central Standard time, and 7 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time.
